Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to stay with Hebron Estate. We are thrilled to host you! We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, so we have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and accommodating as possible while ensuring we can manage our bookings effectively.

1. Full Refund (14 Days or More)

We gladly offer a 100% full refund for any cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.

2. Partial Refund (7 to 13 Days)

If you need to cancel your booking between 7 and 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of your total booking amount.

3. Non-Refundable (Less than 7 Days)

For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, the full booking amount becomes non-refundable. We will not be able to issue any refunds or credits for last-minute cancellations.

4. No-Shows and Early Departures

Guests who fail to arrive for their booking ("no-shows") or decide to depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for a refund or partial credit. The full booking amount will be charged.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
